A wonderfully moist, very flavorful and nutritious bread that is completely flour-free. Perfect for a healthy snack.

Pour the baking mix into a large bowl, add 3 tbsp vegetable oil (e.g. coconut oil) and 230 g of water, and stir everything thoroughly.
Grease a loaf pan (25 cm long) with vegetable oil and pour in the mixture.
Let the dough rest, covered, in the refrigerator for about 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 170°C (convection) or 190°C (top/bottom heat).
Bake the bread for about 25 minutes. Then carefully remove it from the pan and bake it for another 45 minutes on a wire rack lined with baking paper.
Let cool for at least 4 hours.
