About us

For many years, we have been producing baking mixes, all of which are layered by hand in bottles and jars. The products are all produced regionally, here in Lower Austria.

We use only natural ingredients for our baking mixes, no artificial colors or preservatives. In short, you could say we use the same ingredients our grandparents used. Our packaging is easy to recycle and therefore environmentally friendly.

We invest a lot of time in perfecting the recipes for our mixes. They need to be simple so that you enjoy baking, and of course, they need to taste good. And they do, as you can see from your many positive comments.

And that's what drives us and gives us the most pleasure: supporting you in making homemade baked goods, desserts or punch for you and your loved ones. Because our credo is: Everyone can bake!

And if you don't feel like baking yourself: Our hand-mixed blends are perfect as a small gift for friends and family.

Many of you have been following us for years, are inspired by our ideas, buy our products, share your experiences with us, and have thus become a part of our world.

You know us by another name. Due to licensing reasons, we have now found a new name for ourselves:

 Of course, our large assortment of delicious baking mixes will remain available to you. Whether it's classics like Kaiserschmarrn and Vanillekipferl, savory baked goods, or pancakes, muffins, or our delicious punch and iced tea varieties.
