Light and airy spelt bread with a crusty crust. Whole grain bread in its most original form with the best ingredients. 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a loaf pan (25 cm) generously with butter.
  3. Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
  4. Add 300 g of lukewarm water.
  5. Knead the mixture well with your hands and fill it into the cake tin.
  6. Bake at 180°C for approx. 60 min.

80% whole spelt flour,Sunflower seeds,Sesame, flaxseed, germ (yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), salt. May contain traces of nuts.

300 g water, butter for greasing
