The Gugelhupf is a traditional part of Viennese coffee house culture.

Our version was created especially for Christmas and contains roasted nuts, chocolate chips and traditional Christmas spices .

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly. Stir in 250 g of whipped cream and 4 eggs and mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Turn the cake out of the mold and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Spelt flour, cane sugar, 7% chocolate drops (cocoa mass, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: soy lecithin), hazelnuts, baking powder (raising agent: diphosphates, sodium carbonate, corn starch), vanilla sugar (sugar, flavoring), gingerbread spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, fennel, cloves, allspice, anise, star anise, pepper, cardamom seed), salt.
