Aromatic red wine, gently heated and refined with cinnamon, cloves and orange notes - a warming classic that smells of winter, coziness and Christmas market.

Add 1 heaped tablespoon of mulled wine spice (approx. 12 g) and 3 tablespoons of cane sugar to 750 ml of dry red wine and heat (do not boil).
Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally, and strain through a fine sieve before serving.

Tip: Instead of wine, grape juice can also be used (omit the cane sugar).
