Golden -brown baked delicacies, slightly crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside. Fresh from the pan, they smell wonderfully of butter and invite you to top them with sweet maple syrup, fresh berries, melted chocolate or a scoop of ice cream.

Perfect for a cozy breakfast or a sweet moment in between.

Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Add 2 eggs, 200 g of milk and 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Stir everything together until you have a smooth dough.
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake. The pancakes should have a diameter of about 10 cm.
Bake each pancake for about 2 minutes. As soon as small bubbles form, flip and repeat the process on the other side.

Tip: Garnish finished pancakes with fruit and maple syrup.
