Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside – fresh from the waffle iron, refined with powdered sugar, berries or ice – a sweet moment of enjoyment. 

  1. Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
  2. Add 75 g of melted butter and 2 eggs, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Slowly add 120 ml of milk and stir everything into a smooth dough.
  4. Grease the waffle iron with butter and preheat.
  5. For each waffle, place 2-3 heaping tablespoons of batter on the waffle iron, close it, and bake the waffles for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: Garnish the waffles with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate sauce.
