A classic Austrian treat . Delicate shortcrust pastry with a subtle nutty flavor, filled with fruity-sweet redcurrant jam. Aromatic, juicy and perfect with a cup of coffee .

Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Add 200g of butter, 1 egg and 1 yolk and knead everything quickly and vigorously with your hands into a smooth dough.
Press 2/3 of the dough into a tart pan, making sure to form a rim.
Spread the dough with currant jam. Shape the remaining dough into rolls and place them on the cake as a lattice.
Brush the grid with whisked egg and bake at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.
