Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat).
Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Add 60 g of melted butter and 1 small egg, and mix everything well.
Shape the dough into small balls (approx. 16-20 pieces), place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 190°C for approx. 9 minutes.

Tip: For those who like it extra chocolatey: Add oven-safe chocolate chips to the cookies before baking!

Wheat flour, cane sugar, sugar, chocolate shavings (sugar, cocoa mass, butterfat, cocoa butter, emulsifiers:Soy lecithin, vanilla extract), cocoa powder, baking powder (leavening agent, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, starch).
