The healthy snack, completely sugar-free. Quick and easy to make yourself.

Preheat oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat).
Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Stir in 150 g of honey and 100 g of melted butter. Mix everything well!
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (to the dimensions of 20 × 25 cm).
Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C. Then let dry for 2 hours at 80°C. During drying, wedge a wooden spoon into the oven door to allow moisture to escape.
Let cool and cut into bars (9 × 3 cm).
