Delicate cookies with a delicious buttery flavor, made according to an age -old family recipe. Ideal for little hands, as the dough stays pliable and can be rolled out again and again. 

  1. Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
  2. Cut 150 g of room-temperature butter into small pieces and add it to the baking mix along with an egg.
  3. Knead everything well until a smooth dough is formed.
  4. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. The next day, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
  6. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm, cut out cookies and bake for about 8 minutes. Decorate with chocolate or sprinkles if desired.

Wheat flour, sugar, baking powder (leavening agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, corn starch), salt. May contain traces of nuts.
