Preheat oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat).
Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Add 100 g butter, 100 g milk and 3 eggs. Mix everything well until a smooth dough is formed.
Pour the dough into a greased, shallow baking pan (approx. 20 x 30 cm), bake at 170°C for approx. 20 minutes, and then cut into small rectangles.
