The Gugelhupf is a traditional part of Viennese coffee house culture.

Preheat oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat).
Pour the baking mix into a large bowl and stir thoroughly.
Separate 4 eggs and beat the egg whites into a stiff meringue.
Add 200 g milk, 200 g melted butter and the 4 egg yolks to the baking mix and mix well. Then gently fold in the egg whites.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Turn the cake out of the mold and let it cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Wheat flour, sugar, baking powder (leavening agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, corn starch), vanilla sugar (sugar, flavoring), salt.

May contain traces of nuts.
